Corrupt Government

It is reported that 300000 crores of rupees Indian black money is parked in foreign banks by big shots, tax evaders, officers and politicians. Government does not want to take action against them because the black money is earned and remitted to foreign banks only by indirect support of ministers ,officers, politicians and domestic banks. More than 300000 crores of black money is circulating in domestic economy.

More than 300000 crores of rupees as tax defaults is not recoverable from High net worth businessmen and professionals because it is these tax defaulters who provide monetary support to politicians in winning the general election. These tax defaulters give huge money in the shape of bribe to top ranked officers, public representative and powerful ministers and get rid of all actions. Government does not want to recover overdue tax from such defaulters.

More than 300000 crores of rupees are locked in various public sector banks as bad assets (80000 crores of rupees as declared Non Performing Assets (NPA) and rest hidden as restructured and stressed assets). Government does not want to recover Tax from big value defaulters because such defaulters are closely associated with CMD, ED, General Managers of bank or various powerful people from political field or related to government officials directly or indirectly. Government does not want to recover money from small value defaulters because these defaulters known as villagers, farmers, or small traders are the vote banks of ruling party and hence government think it wise to waive small ticket loans ( during last election government waived 75000 crores of rupees).

More than 300000 crore valued fake notes and fake stamps are in circulation and government is unable to stop addition of fake notes and fake stamps in the economy.

More than 300000 cases are pending in various high courts of the country and more than thirty lac cases are pending in district level courts and government is unable to take any action against erring judges or corrupt advocates and government officers. Most of the cases are directly or indirectly associated with VIP of the society. Or else courts are unable to deliver judgment in want of adequate manpower and suitable infrastructure. More than 300000 cases have been referred to CBI by various state or central governments for investigation and necessary action. These cases are finally closed when the case is related to VIP and case is not pursued properly when CBI officials get bribe money to dilute the intensity of the complaints.

Government gives license to high net worth tobacco manufacturers and wine manufacturers. Government allows manufacturing of Pan masalas, cigarettes and wine with an instruction to print a warning on each pack such as “ chewing of tobacco is harmful for health “, “Use of wine is dangerous for life”. But government fines and threatens to impose heavy penalty on small shop keepers, pan vendors who sell pan masalas. Government does not want to punish who manufacturers of such harmful product because politicians and officers receive heavy illegal money and costly gifts from them. Government gives hundreds of licenses in a small town and allows open sell of wine but punish who consume it. This is India.

Use of plastic bags, utensils and other products are found to be harmful by government and hence government impose penalty on shop keepers who sell goods in plastic bags and individuals who carry goods in plastic bags. But government does not want to punish manufacturers of various plastic products because officers and ministers receive huge money from manufacturers of these products.

Government officers huge money as bribe in allowing encroachment to businessmen, shop keepers, real estate developers, home owners, flat builders, park owners etc . It is officers of municipalities and municipal corporations who approves map for construction and who allows deviation in construction after taking huge money as bribe. When court gives orders for removal of encroachment small shop keepers, road vendors, vegetable sellers are beaten and their shops are broken but rich persons are spared because they can give bribe to officers once again to get rid of destruction of illegal construction.

This is India, the great India, shining India. This is Manmohan Singh brand reformation. This is the story of economic liberalization, globalization and privatization. This is the result of Gross Domestic Product said to be in two figures and for which Government led by Manmohan Singh feel proud of .This is India which is ranked 87 in the world and treated as one of the most corrupt countries in the world. India is still great because politicians of India know how to befool innocent and illiterate voters of the country on the basis of caste or community or regionalism and religion or by way of reservation. This is India where flatterers and corrupt rich persons are given ticket by political parties to fight general election and poor but talented persons are rejected. This is India where criminal can become MP or MLA but not intellectuals. This is India where corrupt officers are appointed as Vigilance officer and made Chief vigilance officer of the country to stop corruption. This is India where tax officials guide how to evade tax and police officials guide thieves how to get rid of punishment. And so on………. …………………………..But everybody talks of reformation.

It is worthwhile to mention here that almost all top ranked officers have properties worth tens of crores of rupees in various names and at various places though their total income earned during the period of their entire life is not even one crore of rupees. When most of officers and most of the politicians are corrupt there is very little hope that action, real action will ever be taken against corrupt person. Government is made of corrupt people only and then it is foolish to expect any justice from such government. Officers and politicians in general are birds of same feather.

Rape OF Human Resources IN Government Offices

How many years of service is enough for bank management to assess and judge the potential, character, knowledge, capability, capacity, attitude, managerial skill, innovative skills, creative ideas, ,initiative, willingness, honesty and integrity etc of an officer for giving promotion to him from one grade to another grade, or from one scale to other?

10 years, 20 years, 30 years or more?

Educational qualification of a staff, record of performance during preceding years and his capacity to satisfy customers is already tested by management during his posting at various branches and offices. What else is then required to be tested by Interview panel to judge whether one staff is suitable for promotion or not?

Quality of an officer is already tested by bank management in span of more than 10 years and even thirty years of service and hence it is foolish to expect from members of Interview panel that during one to three minute interaction with the candidate in Interview process they will be able to extract something additional from the candidate.

Obviously Interview process is used to reject good officers and select officers who may be bad performer but who are the choice of members of Interview panel constituted for promotion process. Officers who are flatterer and who earn bribe and honestly share with their bosses or who is choice of some VIPs can be selected in preference to really good performers only by using weapons of rejection handed over to members of Interview panel.

If 10 to 30 years of service is not adequate to estimate the suitability of an officer for promotion to higher scale I think officers who judge and who are supposed to decide the suitability of an officer for promotion to higher grade or higher scale are incompetent and of doubtful integrity. Obviously such officers should be shown the exit door first.

On the contrary if an officer is not fit for promotion to higher scale even after 10 to 30 years of his service, such incompetent officers should be removed from service or given CRS.Only stopping of annual increment is not enough to penalize such non performers.

It is worthwhile to mention here that officers who work sincerely but not found fit for promotion either by corrupt member of Interview panel in interview process or due to biased rating in Annual appraisal reports are given assignment of higher responsibility by bank management. Such senior officers perform the best but they are not given even annual increment. They are kept in stagnation for three years irrespective of their performance. Juniors who do not perform are getting increment every year without any hindrances whereas seniors who perform better are denied even annual increment. It is justified or not only God knows.

But if an officer has to pass through ordeal of interview for getting promotion to higher grade scale does not seem justified from any angle of consideration. Interview and appraisal system in banking industry prevalent for promotion is totally unjustified, illogical and ill motivated. Such unwarranted processes give enough scope for injustice. Such Interviews are nothing but paves the way for arbitrary promotion to person who are not good for the health of the bank.

This is worthwhile to state that officers who are selected for promotion are invariably found to be guilty of causing loss to bank in subsequent years. It astonishes that officers of negligent and fraudulent character, officers who are charged with various lapses and against whom disciplinary action has been initiated, are selected in faulty promotion processes prevalent in banking industry and conducted by greedy and corrupt senior officers. This is why bad officers are posted as Branch head who do not know how to deal with customers and how to protect the interest of the bank. As a result NPA is increasing year after year in Public sector banks and the government is silent spectator of mischievous acts of top ranked officers.

CBI is more often than not asked to investigate into fraud or any matter related to loss of money to bank or any other office, but I am of strong opinion that CBI investigation should be conducted into all recruitment and promotion processes which are taking place and which took place during last 10 to 30 years. This can only reveal the ongoing corrupt and unhealthy practices in the system which leads in unhealthy practices and rise in corruption. Permanent Solution to this cancerous disease of bribe or flattery oriented recruitment, posting, promotion in government offices can only pave the way for real reformation in banking industry in particular and government department in general.

Revolt against reign of Injustice is inevitable

People sitting at top posts are supposed to be more responsible, sensible, active, effective, honest and serious to their job. because it is politicians and top ranked officers who act as bacon light for others, it is politicians and ministers whose mischievous actions are followed by subordinates, juniors and youngers.

If Netas are corrupt, dishonest and non performer, Indians babus , administrators or officers cannot imagine of doing good performance without flattery to corrupt politicians and without following corrupt practices. If politicians, ministers, judges and public representatives are busy in earning bribe and commission and when they help businessmen to earn wealth through illegal ways and means common men cannot dream of happiness, prosperity and peaceful life.When industrialists are given full freedom to earn more and more profit , Indian rulers cannot provide any relief to common men suffering from pain of price rise.



If prime Minister, Home minister, Finance minister and even President of India prefer sitting on public complaints or simply forward the letters of grievance received from public to concerned department without ensuring its logical conclusion, people of India cannot get relief from any other departments said to have been established to look into cases of corruption or injustice or torture meted out to common men. When office decency and decorum is broken by top ranked officers, juniors cannot be expected to follow the rules of decency. When ministers are not disciplined and when MLA and MP are exhibiting indecent behaviour in Parliament and state assemblies, the working class in government department cannot be loyal to common men.

When a corrupt person is appointed as Chief Vigilance Commissioner of India , it is foolish to imagine that such corrupt CVC will select good officers for the post of vigilance officers for other PSUs.When vigilance officers are themselves corrupt they cannot stop corruption in any office they are posted as vigilance officer.

When Chief Justice is corrupt, the appointment and promotions of other judges will naturally be based on bribe and flattery and when judges in general are corrupt the victim or the aggrieved person cannot imagine of quick justice from any court in the country.

When CMD or ED or GM of a bank or PSU is corrupt, good and performing bank officers cannot survive with dignity if he does not follow the path shown by such corrupt top bosses.

When transfer, posting and promotion of government servants depends on bribe and flattery, India cannot imagine of a good working culture and India will continue to rank higher and higher in the list of most corrupt countries.

Politicians and especially ruling politicians are as good as parent for ruled class and when parent are incompetent, corrupt, drunkard,dishonest,liar, cheater, fraud master, scam leaders and so on ---- children cannot be good mind.

In such position some of grown up children think it wise to revolt against their parent when they understand the values of life.This is why people in our country are now raising voice of revolt against perpetrators of injustice.

What the hell is going on

Prime Minister Mr. Manmohan Singh is habituated to commit mistake and then accept responsibility if he is exposed by Supreme Court or rebuked by opposition parties. In all cases of scam exposed in last two three years it is only Supreme Court that has forced the government as also CBI to initiate investigation against corrupt officials and ministers. Otherwise advocates of Congress Party like Kapil Sibal, Manu Singhwi, Digvijay Singh left no stone unturned to close the chapter of 2G, CWG, and Adarsh Society like scam etc. Even in case of appointment of CVC or in case of black money government tried its best to shut the mouth of crying media and that of leaders of opposition parties but the court did not find any merit in lame excuses submitted by the ruling party leaders.

Flatterers of Sonia or PM even tried to reignite communal issues and trap BJP and NDA so that people stop raising voice against corruption or price rise or against the killings of Maoists. Leaders of Congress Party are busy in discovering a few cases of corruption against BJP ruled states but they are not getting success in their mischievous goal. They always try to point out their accusing finger towards BJP leaders to conceal all their blunders coming to light but they fail to do so because BJP and NDA rules states have been developing by leaps and bounds. But they cannot befool intelligent Indians for long.

The remarks "what the hell is going on in the country" given by the Supreme Court in case related to black money parked in foreign banks is very much disheartening not only for the government but also for entire country. But it is painful that the leaders of Congress Party are shamelessly accepting the adverse remarks without realizing the moral responsibility and quitting the government. Even now government can demonstrate through quick and effective action against hundreds and thousands of corrupt officials sitting at op posts in various departments.

People of India who understand the dirty politics of Congress Party and danger of rampant corruption in the country are very much in anger and very much eager to throw out the government of UPA as soon as possible if given the opportunity. At least Indians living in USA have taken the lead to start movement like Dandi March which was undertaken by Late Gandhi ji against British rule.

If our Prime Minister possesses any amount of self pride in him, at least now, PM Mr. Manmohan Singh should offer to quit the post after facing so much humiliation of the government in the court and in the Parliament.

Time has come when all non-Congress party leaders should forget their ideological differences should come together to oust Congress Party from power before it is too late and before the nation faces situation like Egypt or Libya or failed state like Pakistan

Malkangiri DM and Godhra judgement

The 1989 kidnapping of Rubaiya Sayeed was an act carried out by members of the Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front a Kashmiri Muslim militant organization, on December 8, 1989 in Jammu and Kashmir. The kidnappers demanded the release of five of their comrades in exchange for Rubaiya's release. The government accepted their demands and freed the jailed terrorists.

Similarly after prolonged negotiations with the Taleban government and the Kandhar plane hijackers, three hard core terrorists were released by Indian government in exchange of all the hostages trapped in hijacked plane in Kandhar in December 1999.

These two historic incidents paved the way for more and more kidnapping of important persons in various naxal prone areas in the country to force the local government to release their naxal colleagues languishing in jail for long or to get their other demand accepted by ruling government.

During last two decades and more several incidents of kidnapping have taken place in various parts of the country and in most of the cases ruling government had to bow down. Still government state as well as central, had totally neglected the dangers of growing naxal activities and allowed it to grow without any break till last year when Mr. P. Chidambram was made Minister of Home affairs

Naxals in the state of Orissa have after all succeeded in forcing the government of Orissa to release their men. This has proved that naxals have grown in their fighting capacity. The incident of Orissa and the subsequent step by ruling government to release the jailed naxals as demanded by kidnappers has once again substantiated the fact that all states governments as well as central government took a very casual approach on the danger of naxals even after the sad incident in 1989 and 1999. The Orissa incident has once again established that Government has been totally failed in taking a coordinated approach on handling the problem faced by people living in naxal affected areas during last two decades.

Still there are various politicians of various political parties who are sympathizers of naxal element because they use to take the help of naxal forces in winning the election. There are many social activists, media men, journalists, NGOs who still talk of negotiation with naxals and plead of various measures to bring naxal in the mainstream of the society. They ignore the fact that naxals are basically criminals and they have huge money power as well as armed power. They use to extort money from all affluent person including police personnel. Businessmen and service men have to give huge amount of money to local naxal people to survive in the area peacefully but it is painful and dangerous that even police person, IAS and IPS OFFICERS have to give money to naxals for their safety.

It is open secret that Illegal and coercive methods are used by naxal elements to collect money from local rich people and there is none to stop them. This is not a new phenomenon but this has been continuing for last three to four decades. Naxals have developed very good relation with top bureaucrats, social activists, politicians, ministers and local powerful persons and slowly growing in numbers. Casual, ineffective and negligent action of ruling government during last three decades has resulted in growth of network of naxals to such an extent that naxals can now dictate terms to elected government by abducting one or two socially respected or powerful persons.

I hope all political parties at state or central level will now learn the lesson from the past and try to treat the criminal as criminals. They should not try to mix the issue of poverty with that of crime .All types of criminals should be punished and punished in a period of fixed time, say three months by local courts, six months by district courts and in one year by High courts. Any political interference in the matter of crime results in boosting up the morals of crime doers.

It is due to incompetent judiciary in our country that criminals use the judicial system to postpone the decision on criminal cases. On the contrary innocents and victims are afraid of knocking the doors of police or the court in want of justice.

It is due to delayed justice that hundreds and thousands of persons are languishing in jail for years and years .It is due to inefficiency of court that 61 alleged culprits had to pass their valuable ten years in jail for visibly no fault as because they were acquitted by Gujrat Special Court in Godhra case on 22nd of February 2011.There may not be anything more painful that innocents are put in jail for several years even without trials and without even charge sheet.

It will not be an exaggeration to say that top ranked officers, ministers, MP and MLAs, heads of various departments are also acting as naxals in their area of operation to exploit their contractors, staff working in various offices and common men .Only difference is that naxals are using armed power to commit their crime and High ranked officers and ministers are using their pen power to accumulate more and more wealth. It is true that bullets fired by naxals are reaching the ears and eyes of lacs of people whereas bullets fired by white collared powerful person through their pen are not visible to common men. Both groups are looting money and exploiting poor and weak people of their area in their own style. Both are brand of extremism and both are committing crime after crime, scam after scam only because they are not afraid of police or court action.

Top ranked officers are whimsically transferred to remote and critical places if they do not do what ministers desire and on the contrary given arbitrary promotion and given cream posting if they do what ministers desire and earns bribe and share with ministers. Similarly junior officers are transferred to critical and remote by top officers and this dirty chain continues till the bottom and ultimately it helps in creating unhealthy corrupt culture. Injustice in recruitment, transfers, posting and promotions breeds frustration and depression and eventually inaction by good officers. Good officers cannot be even whistle blowers against corrupt officers in fear of repercussion, burning, killing in the hands of corrupt but powerful naxals , powerful officers and powerful politicians.

To add fuel to fire, top ranked powerful officers and ministers are now a days earning money even in recruitment. Departmental heads are conducting examinations only for showing to people but actually they are selling the recruitment in the name of reformation and earning huge money by making direct recruitment of their choice. After all there is none to stop such dirty practice prevalent in all government run departments and offices. Hundreds and thousands of cases are pending in various courts of the country for several years and decades against injustice in promotion, recruitment and transfers. Justice is never available to victimized good workers till his life. Talented candidates are rejected in examinations and interviews. Good workers and good students are more often than not, to face frustration in life. And this results in boosting up of morals of bad elements like naxals.

I therefore always say that weak judiciary is the root cause of all maladies prevalent in the country. Both kind of exploitations can be stopped only by efficient police and judicial system.As of l now, there is no justice with good workers in government run offices and hence bad people grow and become more and more powerful .These bad people with the support of bad politicians are tarnishing the image of the country and it is they who real hurdle in real development of the country.

Advocates of Congress Party and CBi

Kapil Sibal , Ms Sonia Gandhi, Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Mr. Digvijay singh, Mr. Chidambram , Mr Pranab Mukherjee, Mr. Manish Tiwari, Mr. Manu Singhwi , Manmohan Singh , the great Prime Minister, the great economist and the great reformer and all VIP leaders of Congress Party were ridiculing CAG report only a few days ago. Loyal advocates named above of Congress Party left no stone unturned to shut the mouth of crying leaders of Opposition parties demanding JPC in 2G scam.
Mr. Kapil Sibal was so much shameless that he even challenged the CAG report and named the report as bullsheet.Top leaders of Congress Party were openly denying the charges and frequently told the media that there was no truth in 2G scam. It is they who spoiled 20 precious days of the Parliament and not members of opposition parties. It is usual practice that thieves after committing robbery willfully cry “thief, thief, thief “ to get rid of police action. Similarly leaders of Congress Party were blaming NDA government for 2G scam and never accepted JPC.

It is only Supreme Court that has made them silent , otherwise they would have never accepted that there was a scam and could have saved Raja and his associates in 2G scam. Congress Party is full of corrupt leaders and hence number of exposures of scam during the tenure of UPA is increasing. Even other partners in UPA are masters in scam.

CBI the main puppet in the hands of ruling party is also taught a lesson by Apex Court. This is why at least some important persons have been arrested. Now it depends on CBI whether they submit charge sheet with full support of oral witnesses and adequate documentary evidences or allows the case to be rejected as other cases elated to VIP and powerful rich persons were rejected in the past.

Leaders of Congress Party named above should now at least cover their faces and go deep into hibernation.
They do not have now any moral right to preach sermons to public, to innocent voters and to world community.

Entire world has seen and witnessed the exposure of one after other scam. FIIs will no doubt fly away from Indian market slowly if the growth of Corruption is not stopped by any revolutionary leader. People are now very angry and they will dethrone Congress leaders if they do not mend their behavior and stop malpractices completely. Till now, none of action of Congress party leaders is able to demonstrate that they are working seriously and honestly to stop malpractices.

Black Money

Politicians often talk of black money parked in Swiss Banks but always fail in their exercise to bring back the same in our country because they are not honest in their utterings.They made unprecedented hue and cry before last general election on huge amount of black money parked in Swiss Banks but politicians of all parties became almost silent after the declaration of election result. What they say and what they mean to do is always different. India is still rated rate as one of the top corrupt nations. It is worthwhile to mention here that India is rated as one of the top ranking hunger inflicted state of the world even though Indian leaders claim and feel proud of achieving comparable GDP growth in the economy and said to be decoupled with global recession or global financial meltdown.

Madhu Koda ex-CM of Jharkhand and his associates could accumulate hundreds of crores of rupees through corrupt means because he knew the power game and corrupt game being played in the country in all the states. Koda is bird of the same feather and he is not new or his case is not an isolated case of corruption in India. Latest story on extent of corruption in CWG is well heard and read by Indians. In fact there is no dearth of cases of large scale corruption, fraud, scam and cheating in our country.

Rulers, leaders ,politicians, CEO or head of any organization first pull together all his flatters on whom he can blindly rely and throw away all honest persons who can put hindrance in their task of earning or printing money. In this way evil work of the ruler does not come to fore as long as one of the corrupt officers raise ugly voice against the system not because of his sudden thirst for patriotism but due to his puncture the effort of other corrupt person who has been enjoying larger share of ill earned wealth.

As a matter of fact rulers of this country could not stop corrupt practices in the system prevalent in our own country and could not stop formation of black money within the country and hence they could not and cannot force foreign country to declare name of Indians who have parked money in Swiss bank. Similarly when investing agencies like CBI, ED, Vigilance, IT officials and other regulating agencies are themselves corrupt they cannot stop spreading cancer of corruption in the Indian body system. And the most vital point is that when rulers themselves are corrupt they cannot endanger their own money parked in either Swiss Bank or in Indian financial and real estate sector.

It is rightly said by the great writer Munsi Prem Chand.
"Jab Rakchak hi Bhakchak Ban jaye to vinash nishchit Hai"

When almost every minister at Center and almost every minister in each State government is indulged in making money through corrupt means, when officers in general are involved in corrupt game played by politicians and when all officers entrusted with the duty of stopping and removing corruption from the system and finally unearthing ill earned money are busy in making money through corrupt means who will make serious efforts to unearth money held in Swiss Bank.

Persons or group of person who have kept their black money in Swiss Bank are none other than politicians and government officers. When top officers and top ministers are corrupt one cannot imagine of businessmen and professionals abiding by Indian rules and following rule of ethics. It is government officers and politicians who make survival of honest service men, honest businessmen and professionals difficult and force them to manufacture black money and share with corrupt officials to live peacefully. Honesty has rather become curse for government servants as well as businessmen and professionals.

Black money is not only in Swiss bank, it is parked in banks in India too. Black money is concealed in form of gold, land and building, apartment, big bazaars, farm houses, private professional colleges and in almost all big houses. Black money is visible to all whose eye is not jaundiced with the decease of black money. Nine out of ten multi storied residential building and commercial complex in Metros and big towns are constructed by ill earned black money only. It is open secret. As such it is not necessary to focus attention on money parked in Swiss Bank and make politics out of it but is more important to focus on black money parked in India and which is visible in India itself.

It is necessary for almost all politician and officers working in government and government departments to introspect and look into their heart whether they are really honest. Politicians in general cannot afford contesting and winning an election without the help of black money received from businessmen and at the same time without the indirect support of controlling officials none of the businessmen can imagine of tax evasion.

Without the support of corrupt officers, none of the contractors in India can carry out their tendered allotted work. More than fifty percent of value of contract work allotted by government to contractors is consumed in distributing commissions to corrupt officers and politicians. Ministers cannot even organize a rally without the financial support from local corrupt officers, black money of rich businessmen and professional.

I therefore feel that work of purification should start from our own land, our own offices, our own banks, our own politics, and our own administrative system. Politicians should stop playing foul game of putting blame always on foreign agencies for every lapse on their part if they are really interested to see India shining.

India must stop flattery culture because this flattery culture is the root cause of all evils. None of government servants can dream of good posting and timely promotion without indulging in flattery to big bosses and powerful politicians. It is therefore necessary to make transfer, posting and promotion fully transparent and remove all bottlenecks which gives scope of whimsical decision in the matter of posting and promotions. It is the need of the hour to punish those who are misusing their delegated powers and who promote flattery culture by taking arbitrary decisions.

CBI, Vigilance department, Band, IT department, IB ,Anti corruption offices ,custom officials all such regulating agencies which are established for prevention and elimination of corrupt practices should be made more powerful and given sufficient man power to carry out their holy job. Any officers found indulging in corrupt practice in such department should be punished severely without any discrimination based on caste, community or religion.

Political interference in administrative matters, police action and judiciary must be stopped even if for this matter rules of the land are needed to be altered, made more severe and non-discriminatory. Delegation of power in few hands at any levels and in any offices gives scope for corruption and hence the power must be diluted to the possible extent in such a way that it does not cause delay in execution of plan and projects. Officers who misuse power must be punished immediately.

And last but not the least, MLA and MP who rule the country should not be elected by votes of illiterate and criminals but selected from top IAS and IPS officers, toppers of colleges, reputed social reformers, successful bankers, reputed honest businessmen and from persons of undisputed character. System of garlanding and gifting top officials and political leaders as also that of giving red carpet welcome to top officers must be stopped immediately. Practice of spending crores of rupees in inaugural functions or in felicitating top officials or ministers must be stopped forthwith through an ordinance at least for one year to start with.

Judiciary should be provided adequate quality man power so that pendency in court is made zero and justice is made available in shortest span of time to all aggrieved Indian citizen. An environment has to be created in the country where criminals of all nature have fear of action in their mind and in their core of heart.

It is tragedy that in our country police actions in our country is against good citizens and punitive action through court orders is also possible against good citizens. Actual crime doers use judiciary to perpetuate their reign of crime .If this fear of action is ensured at all levels I am very much sure that black money from Swiss Bank or Indian Banks will automatically come on the floor and people will be motivated to use the money for constructive purposed rather than parking in foreign or Indian bank.

Honesty is the best policy has to be proved at ground level. Merit and merit has to be respected in our country if we Indians really want India to grow at grass root level.
GDP growth shown by ministers to International agencies is not at all helpful and pleasant for majority of Indians who are unable to even afford their normal livelihood and manage respectful life.

It is worthwhile to mention here US President Mr. Obama has taken many steps to reform US banking culture taking lessons from 2008 financial crisis. On the contrary our government is still unaware of growing sickness in Indian banks only because we Indian know how to play with data, sink and swim in the sea of data.

Even USA, pioneer of reformation, liberalization, privatization and globalization has started revisiting and cutting short the policy of outsourcing, policy of concentration of power in few hands, policy of complete freedom to trade icons and policy of complete freedom to banking industry so that more and more employment opportunities are generated for US citizens, expenses on executives is cut to size, and corrupt practices in US system is put an end for good and forever.

Why not Indian politicians learn lesson from their masters at least and ensure transparency in all their action and why do they not discard vote bank politics based on caste, community, religion and region is a big question to answer and a big challenge for those whose vision is to see India really shining in the world.
